Holiday Pies made by pastry chef Colin Kull


Range is offering Holiday Pies made by pastry chef, Colin Kull who is roasting pumpkins in house and using local pecans and apples. Pumpkin, Pecan, and Apple Streusel pies will be available for purchase ($34) and pick up on 11/26 before 3pm. All orders must be in by 11/23 at 4pm.

Pie Ingredients: Pumpkin – Sugar Pie Pumpkins (roasted in house – from Full Belly Farm, Capay Valley), Eggs, Blackstrap Molasses, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Clove, White Pepper, Salt, Vanilla, Cream and Half & Half Pecan – Roasted Pecans (local pecans from Neufeld Farm, Kingsburg), Brown Sugar, Dark Corn Syrup, Eggs, Browned Butter, Vanilla, Finely Ground Espresso, Salt Apple Streusel – Apples (from Devoto Gardens, Sebastopol), Sugar, Lemon, Salt, Flour Topping: Pecans, Flour, Brown Sugar, Salt, Straus Butter, Cinnamon Flakey Pie Crust – Straus Butter, Water, Salt, Flour
